Iris Terms of Sale

Effective July 2, 2025

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern purchases made through the Iris Shop, a feature of the Iris platform operated by Iris Labs Inc. ("Iris," "we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order through the Iris Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the Iris Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

1. Third-Party Fulfillment

Iris operates on a dropship model. All products featured in the Iris Shop are fulfilled directly by independent brands through their own e-commerce stores (typically via Shopify). Iris does not hold inventory or ship products.

2. Checkout Experience

When you select a product via Iris Shop, you will be directed to the brand’s checkout experience to complete your transaction. Each brand determines its own:

  • Accepted payment methods

  • Shipping fees, carriers, and timelines

  • Applicable taxes and handling charges

Iris is not responsible for issues arising from the brand's checkout process, including but not limited to declined payments, shipping delays, or checkout errors.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return and refund policies are determined by each individual brand. You are responsible for reviewing the brand’s return and refund policy prior to completing your purchase. Iris does not process returns or issue refunds directly. For any post-purchase issues, please contact the brand through their customer service channels.

4. Order Limitations and Modifications

Brands reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Orders may also be canceled if there are suspected violations of our Terms or for reasons such as fraud, abuse, or inventory availability. Iris may assist in facilitating communication between you and the brand but is not liable for any cancellations or modifications made by the brand.

5. Loyalty Program: Iris Points

a. Earning Points

Users earn 1 Point per $1 spent through the Iris Shop. Tier-based multipliers apply as follows:

  • Silver: 1x

  • Gold: 1.25x

  • Platinum: 1.5x 

From time to time, Iris may also offer limited-time bonus Points multipliers and events.

b. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed within the Iris platform for store-specific coupon codes. These coupons can be applied at checkout on participating brand websites. Redemption is subject to each brand's coupon acceptance policy, including whether or not codes can be stacked with other offers.

c. Expiration and Reset

All Points expire at the end of the calendar quarter following the twelve (12) month anniversary of the date they were earned. Calendar quarter end dates are March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. For example, points earned on November 1, 2024 will expire on December 31, 2025. Loyalty tiers reset on an annual basis. Maintaining your current tier may require qualifying purchase activity.

d. Non-Transferability and Account Use

Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or used outside of the Iris platform. Points are intended solely for use within the Iris ecosystem as part of the loyalty program. If your Iris account is suspended, terminated, or deleted for any reason, all accumulated Points will be forfeited. Points cannot be recovered, reinstated, or transferred to a new account. It is your responsibility to maintain access to your account. To access and redeem Points, your account must be in good standing, including compliance with Iris Community Guidelines.

Each user will receive a unique Iris Member ID associated with their account. In the event a user loses access and creates a new account, Iris may, at its sole discretion, transfer Points (including any negative balances) from a previous account to the new one. Iris is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misused accounts. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at support@getiris.app. Program accounts and Coin balances are not transferable and are not for sale, resale, or barter. Iris reserves the right to revoke Points or account access in cases of misuse or suspected fraud.

6. Eligibility

To use the Iris Shop and participate in the Iris loyalty program, you must be a resident of the United States and either (a) at least 18 years old, or (b) at least 13 years old with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Participation is limited to individuals only and limited to one account per individual. By enrolling in the Iris loyalty program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these Terms of Sale. The program is void where prohibited by law.

7. Geographic Availability

The Iris Shop is currently available only to users located in the United States. International checkout, shipping, and support are not available at this time.

8. Modifications to These Terms

Iris may update these Terms of Sale at any time. If material changes are made, users will be notified by an update on our platform. Continued use of the Iris Shop after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
